Saxon Orrik

I painted up Saxon to use as an RPG figure for a desert-flavored character in my Earthdawn game.  This required a replacement for his left hand which held a rifle that would be out of place in that game, and mounting on a smaller 25mm base which is easier to use on 1" grids the few times we actually use them.

Swamp Gobber Bellows Crew

I started up the Swamp Gobbers while I was painting Rineholdt a while back. Although they're pretty basic the figures have a lot of character and were a lot of fun to paint.

Gudrun the Wanderer

I painted Gudrun towards the end of 2008 as a diversion from the Legion models I had been rapidly turning out. His color scheme was primarily chosen to let me test out P3's Ordic Olive color, which I used on his cowl.

Totem Hunter

Despite how much I disliked the stock pose on this miniature I wasn't willing to spend the time required to do a complete re-pose on a figure I wasn't expecting to field too often to begin with.  So I decided to work with the stock pose as best I could.

Alten Ashley

Even though I only really use Alten with my Protectorate forces for mixed games, and even then almost primarily in Mk I, I really like the model and wanted to get it painted. He really captures the 'dirty old hunter' look and the bell-shaped riffle barrel is a nice touch.
